Terms & Conditions

" After received the payment We will assume that you accept all our terms.

    If you breach the terms We have the right to cancel a commission and no refund."

  • The prices shown on the website are Personal use and Commercial for Vtuber activity, Streaming content but not include Commercial for Merchandise / ads / print.

  • Please specify the type of usage you are looking for. If there is no advance notice, it will be deemed that the commissioning or ordering of the work It is for immediate personal use.

  • for personal use It will also be deemed that we, the author of the work, retain the copyright in that work (except the copyright of the characters owned by the client). For client get some permissions to use that does not generate any income or benefits such as being used as a profile picture, etc.

  • All works will be uploaded to SNS as samples without prior notice. If you want to send it as a surprise gift or not have us upload it after the specified date, please inform us first. If you don't want us to upload or need NDA required, we will charge an additional 100 percent of the final price of the work .

  • I don't accept work from minor. You need to be 18+ to order.

  • I have the right to reject your work if I cannot draw or feel uncomfortable.

  • Please Don't force me to accept commissions. If I reject your commission. You can cancel slot or send new work detail.

  • Resale/trade/give commission slot is prohibited.

  • Works may delay 1-2 months if anything happen to my cats or buns. If I'm in status that cannot continue working, I will do a full refund.

✽ Credit / Editing

  • Credit me(@Roku_21/rokunichijou) when using my work.

  • you may not claim the work to be your own.

  • If you use my design, you need to credit me the designer or original design by me

  • I allow edit my artwork to be separate parts for animation ex. starting/ending screen, animated emotes but I don't allow to edit all type of my work into live2d model.

  • Do not made any edit on my art, you need to ask my permission or ask re-vision request on working process work. 

  • Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal invoice or credit/debit via BMC, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Start work after receiving full amount or deposit 50% upfront. ( no payment plan available)

  • The price of the work will increase according to the details ordered. For merch commercial use, please notify in advance every time.

  • The Merch, Printed or Physical goods will incur an additional charge of x2 of the final price.

  • The work is for commercial use, not outright purchase. Therefore, the client may not use the work other than specified or agreed upon.

  • To order, please send the work details with images reference that can clearly shows all details. 

  • If there are many images, summarize it as a .doc or PDF (not accepting work details as video files and unclear works).

  • I do not accept Fan-Art or license works.

  • The duration of the work is approximately 7 days - 3 months, depending on the queue and details of the work.

  • If you want to expedite the work to be completed within 7 days, there will be an additional cost of 200% of the price of the work.

  • For Design that unused the copyright still be mine, You can't use unless you paid for it.

  • Sketch Design that still in process. The client has no right to use it without our consent.

  • For adoptable or custom design, the character will retain all our rights until the client has completed payment.

  • Shipping is unavailable for all the digital goods.

You can ask revision 3 times for each stage

In processing of the color guides, only part of the color can be corrected.
If there is more request of revision, there has an additional fee.
If it's my error, revision that part will not cost.
Send work progress 3-4 times
Sketch -> Line + Color guide -> Render.

✽ Physical merch

Work for Merch commercial use must always be communicated in advance what it will be used for and may not be used outside of the agreement.

  • Cover/illustration of novel/fiction, printed book, e-book, web novel or comic that open a donate

  • Free gifts from promotions (ex. freebies postcard when purchasing a novel)

  • Printed merch for profits (ex. Acrylic standee/key chains, mugs, brooches, etc.)

  • event promotion poster

  • Images used in store or company events (icons, banners, mascots ...)

  • LINE Stickers

  • Giveaways merch

  • Other, please kindly ask

✽ How to order

It's not necessary to follow all the form, you can add more info you want me to understand what're you looking for.

  • If there is poses or image in your mind, you can sketch roughly or doodle. This will make the work more relevant to your needs.

  • Do not send character design from AI generated because I feel very uncomfortable.

  • I summarize the price, will only start working after receiving a full amount or 50% deposit.

  • I will send a sketch. Please let me know if it is okay to continue or any revision request.

  • You can pay the remaining invoice before work is completed, if you satisfied with them.

  • After the work is completed. Files will delivery via Google - Drive link.

✽ Reservation 

  • ​send work detail via email by selecting the month you want to reserved. If not specified, we will book the queue in the fastest available slot.

  • If the month you choose is full, please kindly choose next available month or you can cancel the work.

  • Confirm slot by send payment/deposit

  • I don not accept claim slot without work details, you need reference to be ready when order.

✽ Cancel / refund

​

  • Cancellations can be made 2 months prior to the start of your queue with transfer fees will be deducted if you choose full payment. If it goes beyond that, you can't ask for refund.

  • Deposit is not refundable.

  • Canceling a slot for any reason will affect your next commission. We may refuse to work with you again.

  • We won't do refund unless we cannot complete your work on time.

  • Working in process and Completed work will not be refunded.

✽ Deposit

  •  no payment plan available.

  • I accept with 50% ( deposit ) and the rest after work complete in 7 days.

  • Full size files without watermark will send after payment is completed.

  • If you drop your payment, ignore my reminders or I cannot contact you for a week, I have right to resale your work or design to other and the deposit is not refundable. You will be on my black list so you won't received any design and commission from me.

  • You have to complete payment before using my work or design, don't order commission or upload anywhere because the character is not yours.

  • I'm not accept all payment plan request. Because it's my risk.
